Homeowner Recovery Program Application Period Closed

Important storm update for Homeowner Recovery Program Applicants: If your home is damaged due to the impacts of the upcoming tropical weather system, you may move forward with emergency repairs. Such repairs will NOT impact your status with the ReBuild NC program. However, it is still important to be prepared. Be sure to:

  • Learn about ways to protect your home at: www.readync.gov.
  • Take photos of your property before and after the storm to document damage.
  • Secure relevant important documents and personal information.
  • Contact your Case Manager if you have any questions or concerns about your case following the storm.

Application Period Closed

The application period closeout will not impact existing Homeowner Recovery Program awards, ongoing projects, case management or customer service.

ReBuild NC Centers Open

Current program participants who have questions or would like to schedule an in-person appointment should call 833-ASK-RBNC (833-275-7262) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The ReBuild NC Homeowner Recovery Program provides assistance to repair, rebuild, replace or elevate homes damaged by Hurricanes Florence and Matthew or to provide reimbursements for completed repairs.
