Request for Lease Proposal - NC Office of Recovery and Resiliency

State of North Carolina wishes to acquire by lease approximately 13,473 net square feet of office space in the Raleigh, North Carolina area with preferred locationswithin 15 miles of 1636 Gold Star Drive, Raleigh, NC providing easy access to a major roadway like I-40, I-440, I-85 or US 1. Lease term will be 3 years with two (2) one-year renewal options desired. Possession date of January 15, 2019 or as soon thereafter as possible. RFPs for Hurricane Florence

Request for Proposals for Project Management for the North Carolina Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power (STEP) Program

The North Carolina Division of Emergency Management has issued Request for Proposals for Project Management for the North Carolina Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power (STEP) Program.

The STEP program will perform emergency work and power restoration in single-family owner-occupied residences damaged by Hurricane Florence. The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) will establish STEP eligibility criteria. The Project Manager retained through this RFP will be responsible for determining the eligibility of applicants pursuant to the State’s STEP program guidelines and will provide overall project management of the STEP measures performed by the STEP Contractors. The project manager will develop the scope of work for contractors, the Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (VOADs), and will manage supplies for materials. Additionally, the project manager will coordinate workflow between the contractors and the VOADs.
