Funding from the NC Office of Recovery and Resiliency's Affordable Housing Development Fund (AHDF) – Round 3 will support single-family homeownership development in addition to the rehabilitation and construction of affordable rental housing. Single-family homeownership development supports affordable housing through new construction by providing homeownership to individuals and families classified as low- to moderate-income in storm-impacted counties.
Interested units of local government can attend this webinar to learn more about the program's single-family homeownership component. The program will continue to accept Letters of Interest from prospective applicants through Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 5 p.m.
