The N.C. Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) has partnered with Haywood County to launch its Affordable Housing Development Fund (AHDF) program, which invites eligible organizations to apply for financing for housing rehabilitation and new construction projects in Haywood County that will provide rental or homeownership housing opportunities outside of the 100-year floodplain.

The program will hold virtual office hours on Feb. 7, 2024 for interested organizations to talk with NCORR and Haywood County staff about the program and application process. The deadline to submit a letter of interest to apply to the program is March 1, 2024 at 5 p.m.
