The public is invited to attend a public meeting of the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC), which will advise the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) on the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). During this meeting, NCORR will provide an overview of the proposed Substantial Action Plan Amendment 4 to the CDBG-MIT State Action Plan, which is open for public comment through Jan. 23, 2023.
