The N.C. Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) has partnered with Haywood County to launch its Affordable Housing Development Fund (AHDF) program, which invites public, private and nonprofit organizations to apply for financing for housing rehabilitation and new construction projects in Haywood County that will provide rental or homeownership housing opportunities outside of the 100-year floodplain.
