Please note:

  • Homeowners living in affected counties that do not have an application center are encouraged to dial 2-1-1 to schedule an appointment at the application center nearest them.
  • The Lenoir County Application Center will remain open during the road construction along North Queen Street. Visitors are advised to use alternative routes and allocate extra time when visiting the center. Additional parking for the building can be accessed on McLewean Street, between North Street and East Blount Street.
  • Application center closures are determined by the local school system decisions on inclement weather closures and openings.
